Foundation Huacaya Alpacas

This lovely little girl was born during our Father's Day Celebration. While everyone was partying, I was keeping an eye on Amara, knowing she was in early labor. When the family realized I was not with them conversing, they found me in the shed assisting in an alpaca birth. This little girl was watchful and perky in spite of presenting with just her head! The family gathered to comfort Amara while we gloved up and found one foot. She was healthy, very sparkling and alert and ready to stand. Her nickname, from my son, is Fresca, ya know, fresh and lively! My Daughter added the middle name Grace. I upgraded to Francesca and gave her Daddy credit. Her Daddy, JJA Impeccable's Ignite, came from Joyful Journey Alpacas in Wisconsin. Her Mom comes from a line of Snowmass ancestors where the names Matrix and Quechua and also Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah and Ransom show up. Even though Ignite was medium brown, Fresca took her mama's color. White! She is a smart little girl and we excited to see what she becomes.
